Product Description
The DC-TDIL51 (51307609-176) is the IOTA (Input/Output Termination Assembly) field wiring terminal base matched with Honeywell DC-PDIL51 electronic DI module for Experion C200/C300 DCS. It serves as the marshalling terminal board for 32-channel 24VDC discrete input field cables. It provides screw terminals for landing field wiring, signal routing, surge path and status indication between DC-PDIL51 electronic module and field switches, valve limit switches, pressure contacts and ESD feedback signals. It plugs directly onto DC-PDIL51 via internal connector and transfers field contact status to the electronic module for acquisition, including SOE sequence-of-event timestamp capture. Conformal coated PCB version is available for corrosive, dusty and high-humidity plant environments. Widely deployed in power, petrochemical and oil & gas Experion DCS marshalling cabinets for discrete input signal termination.
