The 146031-01 is the core I/O board for Bently Nevada 3500/22M Transient Data Interface module within the 3500 series machinery monitoring rack. It integrates the functions of rack interface and high-speed waveform data acquisition, capturing both steady-state values and high-resolution transient vibration waveforms from all monitor modules in the 3500 rack. The module transmits captured time-domain waveform, keyphasor and event data over Ethernet to System 1 machinery health management software for post-event spectrum analysis, orbit plotting and fault diagnosis. It supports hot-swap operation without rack shutdown and continuous self-diagnosis for communication and hardware faults, serving as the critical gateway for advanced vibration diagnostics on critical rotating machinery protection systems.
