Product Description

The AINT-02C (order code 68257867, replaces old part 64802909) is the main circuit interface PCB for ABB ACS800 series variable frequency drives. It serves as the critical signal bridge between the ACS800 control unit and power section. The board collects voltage, current, temperature and status feedback signals from the power stack, transfers high-speed pulse-width modulation (PWM) drive commands from the control board to IGBT power modules, and implements hardware overcurrent, overvoltage and overtemperature protection logic. The conformal coated version is available for harsh industrial environments.
