Product Description
The DC-PDIL51 (51454818-175) is a hot-swappable electronic digital input module for Honeywell Experion C200 / C300 DCS system. It is paired with FTA field terminal assembly, collecting 32 channels of 24VDC discrete status signals from field switches, contact auxiliary contacts, limit switches, pressure/temperature switches and ESD interlock feedback signals. The module supports high-resolution SOE (Sequence of Event) timestamp capture with 1ms resolution for fast event sequence recording. Optical galvanic isolation separates DCS control logic side and field wiring side, preventing surge, ground loop interference from damaging DCS rack. Each channel has configurable input filter to suppress contact bounce. Conformal coated PCB version is available for corrosive and dusty plant environments. It is widely used for field status feedback and emergency interlock signal acquisition in petrochemical, power and oil & gas Experion DCS projects.
